Simple Pricing
Our pricing is all inclusive.  There are no penalty fees or surcharges based on holidays, cancellations, or last minute reservations. 

Occasionally we may need to charge for additional time  spent attempting to locate or administer medicine to pets who have the run of the house.

Payment Options
Daily Dog Walking is billed twice a month.  Pet Sitting is billed prior to the first visit.

Leave a check on the counter for your Sitter to collect or mail it to 704 N. Amelia St, Steling, VA 20164.

You can also pay by credit card or Pay Pal.

Love & Consideration
We will send an email confirmation approximately four days before the start of service and your Sitter will call during the first visit to confirm all is well.

We become cognizant of your pets' needs and work hard to maintain a routine.

Walks, treats, belly rubs, fetch, brushing, catnip, toys, chase and hanging out.

Professionalism
Prior animal care experience is important when selecting our staff.  However, we also look for intangibles; Dedication, Integrity & Gentility.

Security
Each visit is detailed in a personal "Pet Diary" we provide. 

Keys are coded and stored in key safes.  Your code is tied to your account in a secure off-site database.

Personal Service
Our staff will coordinate service, oversee your account and handle unexpected emergencies.

Feeling at Ease
We will arrange a consultation (approximately half hour) with your Sitter, in your home at your convenience.
